1 Eligibility

Our training programs are open to athletes of all ages, from elementary school through college and beyond. For participants under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete registration and provide consent for participation, communication, and media usage.

2 Services Provided

We offer basketball training, coaching programs, clinics, camps, and performance development services. These may include:

• Individual and group training sessions
• Skills development and strength conditioning
• Team coaching and mentorship
• Digital resources and performance tracking
• Parent and athlete consultations

Program details may vary by season and location.

3 Registration & Enrollment

Some services require account creation or program registration. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. Parents or guardians must register on behalf of minors.

4 Participant Responsibilities

By enrolling or participating, you agree to:

• Follow all safety guidelines and coach instructions
• Arrive on time and prepared for sessions
• Treat staff, coaches, and fellow participants with respect
• Not engage in disruptive, unsafe, or unsportsmanlike behavior

We reserve the right to suspend or remove participants who violate these expectations.

5 Payments & Billing

Program fees are outlined in your registration or service agreement. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all enrolled services. All payments are final and non-refundable, including missed sessions, early withdrawals, or unused portions of the program.

If offered, payment plans must be completed in full regardless of attendance. Late payments may incur a fee or result in paused access to training. Some programs may auto-renew seasonally or monthly—please review your agreement for renewal terms and cancellation deadlines.

6 SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Elevate Hoops NYC, including:

• Training reminders and schedule changes
• Registration and payment confirmations
• Program updates and promotional offers

7 Media Release

By participating in our programs, you grant Elevate Hoops NYC permission to use photos or videos taken during training sessions for promotional purposes, including social media, websites, and printed materials. If you prefer to opt out, please notify us in writing at [email protected].

8 Intellectual Property

All training materials, videos, drills, and content are the property of Elevate Hoops NYC. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute them without written permission.

9 Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party resources. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Please review their terms before engaging.

10 Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

11 Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Participation in basketball training involves physical activity and inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, fatigue, or equipment-related incidents. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept these risks on behalf of yourself or your child.

You agree that Elevate Hoops NYC, its coaches, staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Parents or guardians enrolling minors confirm they have reviewed and accepted this waiver on behalf of the participant.

12 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Elevate Hoops NYC and its staff against any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your participation or violation of these Terms.

13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of NY. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York.

14 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
