We train athletes ages 7–17. Group sessions are typically split by age and skill level. Private training is available for all ages — we tailor the workout to the individual athlete.
Use the calendar at the top of this page to pick your session type, select a date and time, and complete your booking. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
Group sessions (4–12 players) are great for competitive reps, scrimmages, and consistent weekly development at a lower price point. Private training is 1-on-1 with a coach — fully personalized to your athlete's specific needs with progress tracking each session.

Basketball sneakers, athletic clothes, a water bottle, and their basketball if they have one (we have balls available). Show up ready to work.
