Roles We're Filling

We run programs year-round and are always looking for quality coaches across multiple areas.

Summer Camp Coach
July 6 – Aug 28, 2026 • Full & Part-Time

Lead daily skill sessions, scrimmages, and drills at West Prep Academy in Manhattan. 10AM–3PM, Mon–Fri.

  • Experience coaching youth ages 7–17
  • Strong fundamentals knowledge
  • Energetic, positive presence
  • Reliable and punctual
AAU / Travel Coach
Spring & Fall Seasons • Part-Time

Coach our competitive AAU teams (Boys 10U–14U, Girls) through practices, tournaments, and development sessions.

  • AAU or travel ball experience preferred
  • Ability to run structured practices
  • Tournament availability on weekends
  • Player development mindset
Group Training Coach
Year-Round • Flexible Hours

Run small-group skill sessions (3–8 players) focused on shooting, handles, footwork, and position-specific development.

  • Strong individual skill instruction
  • Ability to manage group dynamics
  • Flexible weekday/weekend availability
  • Passion for player improvement
Private Trainer
Year-Round • 1-on-1 Sessions

Work 1-on-1 with athletes of all ages and skill levels. Sessions booked through our Acuity scheduling system.

  • Proven 1-on-1 training experience
  • Ability to assess and target weaknesses
  • Strong communication with parents
  • Consistent, professional demeanor
